Rates for one day jobs and smaller projects are simple, upfront, with no hidden fees.

Hourly Rate

*1-Hour Minimum

Half Day Rate

$450

*4-Hours ($10 OFF)

Full Day Rate

$895

*8-Hours ($25 OFF)

Please not that I have a limited service area. I do this for two reasons.
#1 – It’s more efficient.
#2 – It’s more environmentally friendly because I’m not driving as far.

Every trip outside the Langley City, Langley Township, Cloverdale, and Clayton area is charged extra $75 Trip Charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Same day cancellations are charged the minimum fee of $50.

All cancellations and rescheduling must be done by phone or email. Please do so at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment.
